Express Chargeable Weight
Express couriers charge by the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000).
Example: a 60 × 40 × 40 cm carton has a volumetric weight of 19.2 kg. If it really weighs 8 kg, you pay for 19.2 kg.

Batteries and liquids
Lithium batteries, liquids, powders and magnets have special rules or cannot be sent by express. Tell us before the parcel is packed.
Duties and taxes
Unless you choose DDP, the receiver usually pays duties, taxes and a handling fee to the courier on delivery.
Remote areas
Deliveries to remote postcodes can carry a surcharge. Send the full delivery address so we can check it.
Commercial invoice
Each shipment needs an invoice with a clear product description and real value. Under-declaring causes delays and penalties.
