1. Who we are

This website is operated by Dongguan JIEYI International Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (“JIEYI”, “we”, “us”), an international logistics and supply chain company at Room 725, Block A, Tianan Digital City, Nancheng Subdistrict, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

2. What information we collect

Information you send us. When you use our inquiry form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, shipping route and the description of your goods. If you attach files, such as product specifications, photos, packing lists or invoices, we receive those files too.

Technical information. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages visited. This is used to keep the website secure and working.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you send us to reply to your inquiry, prepare shipping options and quotations, arrange the services you book with us, and keep a record of our communication with you.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary storage. Some browser storage is needed for the website to work, for example to remember the page you came from when you send an inquiry, and to remember your cookie choice. These do not need your consent.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (provided by Google) to understand how visitors find and use this website, for example which pages are viewed, which country visitors come from, and whether an inquiry form was sent or a WhatsApp, email or phone link was clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your choice. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before analytics cookies are used. If you reject them, Google Analytics runs without cookies and only receives basic, non-identifying signals. You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Legal basis (EU and UK visitors)

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (answering your inquiry and preparing a quote), to perform a contract with you, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing our business and website.

6. Who we share it with

We share your information only where it is needed to handle your inquiry or shipment, for example with shipping lines, airlines, couriers, trucking companies, warehouses, customs brokers and our agents at destination.

We also use service providers to run this website and our email, such as our website hosting provider, our email provider and Google (for Google Analytics). They process data on our behalf.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, for example to customs or other authorities.

7. International transfers

We are based in China, and international shipping involves partners in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed in China and in the countries your goods travel through or to. Where EU or UK law applies, we take reasonable steps to protect your data when it is transferred.

8. How long we keep it

Inquiries and their attachments are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if you become a customer, for as long as we work together and as required for accounting, customs and legal purposes.

Files uploaded to the inquiry form but never sent are deleted automatically within a few days.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send information you consider highly sensitive through the form.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
