Factory pickup
Trucks booked to collect from each supplier, or suppliers deliver to our warehouse themselves.
Buying from several factories? We collect from each one, check the cartons and ship everything together as one consignment.
Shipping each supplier’s order separately means several bookings, several sets of customs paperwork and several minimum charges at destination. Small orders sent alone often cost more per unit than they should.
As your freight consolidator in China, we collect from each of your suppliers, receive and count the goods at our warehouse in Guangdong, and combine them into one LCL, FCL, air or rail shipment. You deal with one forwarder and one arrival.

Every separate shipment carries its own fixed costs: a booking, a bill of lading, an import entry, delivery to your door and minimum charges at the destination warehouse. Small LCL shipments are often charged for at least 1 CBM each. When three suppliers ship separately, you pay these costs three times.
| Three separate shipments | One consolidated shipment | |
|---|---|---|
| Bookings and bills of lading | 3 | 1 |
| Import entries at destination | 3 | 1 |
| Destination minimum charges | 3 | 1 |
| Deliveries to your warehouse | 3 | 1 |
| Container option | Each too small for a container | About 15 CBM: a 20ft container becomes an option |
Volume matters too. Orders of 4–6 CBM are each small LCL shipments, but together they reach about 15 CBM, where it is worth comparing LCL with a 20ft container, which arrives sooner. Our guide to LCL vs FCL explains the turning point, and our LCL shipping guide shows how shared containers are priced.
Three recent shipments for US customers, each combining goods from several suppliers:
| Goods | Suppliers and mode | Destination and time | Problem and solution |
|---|---|---|---|
| Furniture | 3 suppliers around Shenzhen, full container | Los Angeles, 38 days from first pickup to delivery | One factory was late. We collected the ready goods in batches, held them together at our warehouse and moved the loading date, so the order still shipped in one container. |
| Storage boxes and kitchen racks | 2 suppliers, LCL | New York, 45 days | Some cartons arrived deformed. We replaced the outer cartons, reinforced the packing and checked every carton number again. |
| Clothing and accessories | 4 suppliers, LCL | Chicago, 42 days | The packing lists came in four formats, with some wrong quantities. We checked the cartons one by one and combined everything into one correct set of documents before export. |
Late suppliers, damaged cartons and mismatched paperwork are the most common problems when you buy from several factories. Catching them at our warehouse in China costs far less than fixing them at destination.

These details are enough for a scope and a price. Send what you have; we ask for the rest.

A freight consolidator collects goods from several suppliers, combines them into one shipment and books it as one LCL, FCL, air or rail consignment. You get one booking, one set of documents and one arrival instead of several. This is what our pickup and consolidation service in Guangdong does for you.
There is no fixed limit. Send the supplier list and ready dates and we plan the pickups and the shipment date around them.

Yes. Suppliers can deliver to our warehouse, or we arrange pickup from other provinces; the trucking time and cost depend on the distance and volume.
We tell you straight away. You can wait for the late order, ship the rest first, or send the late goods separately.
Usually yes, because you pay for one booking, one set of documents and one destination clearance instead of several. We show the comparison in the quote.
Yes. We group cartons by FBA shipment, check that every carton has its box label and can apply the labels you send us before loading.
Short waits while orders come together are normal. For longer storage, please ask in advance: space and terms are confirmed in writing before the goods arrive.
