Amazon Carton and Label Requirements
The most common reasons FBA deliveries are delayed or refused. We check these in China before export.
Carton size
No side should exceed 25 in (63.5 cm) unless a single oversized item requires it. Oversized cartons can be refused or charged extra.
FNSKU labels
Every sellable unit needs a scannable FNSKU barcode (or an accepted manufacturer barcode), with any other barcodes covered.
Box ID labels
Each carton needs its own FBA box ID label from the shipment, placed on a side of the box, not on a seam or corner.
Pallets
Palletised shipments must follow Amazon’s pallet rules, including pallet type, height limits and pallet labels on each side.

Main freight only. Delivery to the fulfilment centre, customs, duties and any prep work are added in your quote, and small LCL lots have a minimum charge. Sending part of the stock by air lets you start selling while the rest travels by sea.

Yes. Send us your FNSKU and FBA box labels from Seller Central and we can apply them before export, so the goods arrive ready to be received.
Who is the importer of record for FBA shipments?
Amazon does not act as importer of record. With our DDP service we arrange customs clearance and pay duties and taxes for you; for some destinations you may also need your own importer number, such as an EORI for the UK and EU.
What is the cheapest way to ship to Amazon FBA from China?
Sea freight is the cheapest per unit for main stock. Many sellers send a small first batch by air or express to start selling, then restock by sea or, for Europe, by rail.
