Receiving
Deliveries are counted, checked for visible damage and recorded against your order.
Short-term storage in Guangdong while your orders come together, so you can ship once everything is ready.
Suppliers rarely finish on the same day. Without a place to hold the goods, you either ship in several small lots or ask early suppliers to keep the stock, which is not always possible.
Our China warehouse service in Guangdong receives the goods, counts them and keeps them until the last order arrives or until you are ready to ship. Please ask us about storage in advance: space, terms and any charges are confirmed in writing before the goods arrive.

Ask usEvery delivery to our China warehouse is recorded, and you receive a short arrival report:
| In the report | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Supplier and order | Which supplier delivered and which of your orders the goods belong to. |
| Cartons expected and received | The number on your order list against the number that arrived. |
| Condition | Any crushed, wet or opened cartons. |
| Photos | The cartons and shipping marks as they arrived. |
| Stock held | What is in the warehouse for you after each delivery. |
If something is wrong, we tell you straight away, so you can contact the supplier before the goods ship.
Goods leave the warehouse when you say so, all at once or in parts. You can release part of the stock now and keep the rest for a later shipment, within the storage terms agreed with you. From the warehouse we ship:
Most factories in China close for two to four weeks around Chinese New Year, and production and trucking slow down before and after the holiday. Many importers ask suppliers to finish early and move the goods into a warehouse before the factories close, so the goods are ready to ship as soon as space is available.
Warehouse space is in high demand at this time, so please ask us well in advance. We confirm whether storage is possible, for how long and on what terms for each shipment. Our Chinese New Year shipping guide explains the timeline.

These details are enough for a scope and a price. Send what you have; we ask for the rest.

Yes. You receive the carton count against your order list and photos of the cartons and shipping marks. If cartons are damaged, we take photos before doing anything else and ask you how to proceed.
On arrival we count the cartons and check for visible damage. For a closer check of the products, such as function tests or AQL sampling, book our quality inspection service.
We focus on storage before export, not long-term order fulfilment. Tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether we are a good fit.
Please ask us in advance. Warehouse space before and after Chinese New Year is limited, so we confirm storage for each shipment. Planning early is the safest way to ship around the holiday.
We arrange warehouse space across Guangdong, including Dongguan, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, close to the ports of Yantian, Shekou and Nansha. We choose the location that suits your suppliers and port of loading, and confirm the address when you book.
